Product design confirmation

First we identify the needs and requirements of customer by meetings, e-mail or telephone. Then, we will provide solutions for electrical products according to customers’ requirements. Basically, the solutions can be divided into three types: the first kind is we providing our existing solutions for customers to choose, the second is we providing solutions according to customers’ samples or product drawings, and the third type is we offer customized solutions for customers according to their needs.


Production material preparation

According to the solution of the first step, our production team will prepare materials accordingly, including silicone rubber, FRP bar, metal fitting and other materials.


Sample production

When everything is ready, our production team will start the sample production. The production steps of composite insulator samples are as follows:

3.1 Raw material inspection. For metal fitting, its appearance and thickness of galvanized layer need to be inspected. For FRP bar, it needs to be inspected for appearance and water diffusion. All these raw materials cannot be put into use until they have passed the test.

3.2 Metal fitting cleaning and FRP bar polishing. Cleaning the oil contamination on the surface and inner holes of metal fitting with alcohol to ensure that no secondary contamination will occur in the subsequent production process, and the surface of FRP rod is polished roughly to facilitate the bonding between silicone rubber and FRP rod.

3.3 Assembling and crimping of metal fitting and FRP rod. The advanced crimping technology will be used to connect the metal fittings with the FRP rod to ensure that the two can withstand high tensile strength and will not be separated.

3.4 Rubber injection. The silicone rubber is wrapped on the surface of the FRP rod by the integral injection moulding process of silicone rubber, which ensures that the silicone rubber has good compactness under high injection pressure, and the product has good electrical and aging properties.

3.5 Appearance treatment. Trim and clean the appearance of the product to ensure that the product meets ex-factory appearance inspection standards.

3.6 Mechanical and electrical performance testing. Carrying the tension test on product one by one and conducting electrical test by sampling products to ensure that each of out-of-factory product is qualified.

Packaging. Packing according to customers’ demand. Under normal circumstances, it is in line with the isolation foam for paper boxes, cartons, wooden boxes and other packaging methods.


Sample confirmation

Our sales team will confirm the quality, specifications, materials, etc. of the samples and then send them to customers.


Mass production

After customers confirm the samples and orders, we will start mass production.


Quality control

In the production process of composite insulators, our QC will regularly check the raw materials and product quality on the production line, and timely reflect the problems to the sales team. If any accident happens, we can solve the problem in time.



When the production is ready, our sales team will take photos and send the measurement information to customers. So our customers don't worry about payment for goods and balances.



We will arrange for the delivery of the goods.



 If there is any problem with the products we sell when the customer receives the goods, our after-sales team will follow up and solve the problem.
